Katherine Ponce

Education and Professional Background

Katherine Ponce joined the Melonakos Law Firm in 2018 with over 25 years of experience as a paralegal. For the first 15 years of her career, Katherine worked at several prominent law firms in Michigan. She handled everything from personal injury to worker’s compensation, and she also spent a few years handling complex civil litigation. As a testament to her work ethic and intellect, while working full-time, Katherine also taught Legal Studies as an adjunct professor at Davenport University.

Katherine moved to Greenville in 2009 and worked as a paralegal for some of Greenville’s most respected personal injury law firms. She handled complex civil litigation and personal injury.

Personal

When Katherine isn’t working at the firm, she enjoys camping and fishing with her husband. Together, she and her husband have five daughters, one son, and six grandchildren. Katherine loves Greenville and says “It’s a big town that feels small. It’s very similar to where I grew up in Michigan, so it feels like home.”
