• $1,200,000.00 Tractor-Trailer Work Accident Default judgment against trucking company transportation company for severe injuries and sustained to client’s foot requiring multiple surgeries when the company’s employee negligently drove a trailer over client’s lower extremity at a job site in Columbia, SC.
